Meet Simon – Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Simon. I’ve been training for over 10 years and firmly believe age is just a number. From 5Ks and Tough Mudders to charity boxing and Strongman, I’ve taken on a wide range of challenges—and I bring that experience into every program i create.

I work with all levels, whether you’re new to the gym, getting back into it, or training for a specific goal. My approach is simple: structured, effective training delivered through supportive and encouraging programs, I am with you every step of the way.

My aim is to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident—while actually enjoying the process.

I became a personal trainer because I genuinely want to help people change their lives for the better.
